Middle School Summer Reading
Summer Reading is an integral part of maintaining high academic standards and year-round learning. It also helps foster a love for reading. The list below is an example of the types of reading assignments middle school students may be required to complete during the summer. As reading lists may change from year to year, it is important to consult with your instructor and check this site closer to the end of the school year for specifics regarding each grade level.
6th grade Students entering the 6th grade at Mobile Christian are required to read two of the books listed. A signed statement from the parent must be sent to verify that the student read the books.
